Secret Seas of the Channel Islands features all four of Sue's award-winning underwater films on one DVD. Six years in the making, the films show that, far from being dull and murky, the waters around the British Isles are as colourful as any coral reef with all the drama and danger.

‘Bouley Bay Watch’ takes us through the underwater seasons in Jersey revealing rarely seen courtship, hunting and survival techniques. We meet, amongst others, an enormous lobster, the oldest resident of the bay, and the predatory cuttlefish and witness the elaborate courtship dance of the dragonet.

In ‘Sark, a Secret Sea’ we take an underwater tour from the shallows to the deep and back again. The reefs are encrusted with fragile corals, hunters prowl the seabed and the most colourful fish have the most amazing sex lives.

In ‘Reefs of Iron’ we explore some of the Channel Islands’ shipwrecks. Some fell foul of reef or tide while others were condemned by war, weather or simple human error. These un-natural offerings from the world above the waves quickly become a haven for marine life but why do so many sea creatures make them their home?

‘Living on the Edge’ tells the story of the coast of Jersey, a wild and turbulent realm where ocean collides with land. Twice daily the water draws back to reveal over seventy square miles of seashore providing a home for marine life and thousands of over wintering seabirds.
